Apprenticeships and Academy
Robinson is committed to being an employer of choice. We have looked closely at our employment needs for the next 10 years and beyond. We recognise that while recruiting key skills are necessary, it is hugely advantageous to ‘grow our own’ by developing talent from within our organisation.
We have collaborated with Tutors and Managers who are experienced in working within a broad range of business Academies within Europe. These include major manufacturing as well as automotive industries. We have been able to draw on best practice and lessons learned so we can carefully establish the right solution and direction for Robinson. We can follow the successful approach by examining how other manufacturing organisations plan, structure, develop and manage their Academies.
As the world is shrinking and business pace increases, we recognise that development needs to happen throughout. By developing our Senior Leadership Team through to having our own Apprentices, we continue to strive to allow our people to thrive, feel empowered and engaged while contributing to the Robinson brand.
