Printing

Labelling
We can provide in-mould labelling (IML) and post-mould labelling (PML).
In-mould labelling
IML adds a label to the product before the mould closes, keeping it in place using vacuum technology. It presents the label as a perfect integration to the product itself.
IML advantages
- The product is completed after the injection, with no need for further handling.
- High-quality end product finish.
- Fully recyclable product as both label and packaging are made with the same PP material.
- The label is highly durable, waterproof and scratch-resistant.
- Easy-to-read texts and bar codes.
- There is no commitment to labelling stock so designs can be changed with no expense.

Post-mould labelling
PML adds a label to the finished product and is a cost-effective solution for low volume operations. It is a downstream process where decoration is added to a container. We offer this either in-line as part of the manufacturing process or post labelling in our factories.
PML advantages
- Cost-effective.
- If needed, changes can be made to the label independent of the product.
Available for: injection moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding processes.
Branding
Engraving your product with an imprint or embossing it to create a raised effect adds texture and stand-out appeal to your logo, image, or strapline.
With our partner toolmakers, we are able to tackle even the most intricate details of a crest or other emblem.
