We work with masterbatch suppliers to match your colour brand scheme. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) may be a standardised colour matching system but the results are anything but.
During our development process, we review the colour in different environments using our state-of-the-art light chamber. This facility allows us to view the packaging colour in the lighting conditions expected of a retail environment and in natural daylight.
We offer a number of different options and levels of addition on colour and have invested in equipment for both liquid and solid colourants. Liquid colourants are a popular choice for cost-effectiveness. Solid colourants are chosen particularly for their longevity.
We can advise too on adding certain additives or inhibitors to your packaging for example UV inhibitors extend product life and therefore reduce food waste.
Available for: injection moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding processes.
